Since we moved across town, we’ve hardly made the drive over to Destin. So when Nate was invited to speak at a conference there, we decided it would be a fun weekend trip. We spent Memorial Day weekend enjoying the beach, pool, sun, and of course the crowds! Most of the time we spent in the pool since it was easier than carrying everything down to the beach. We discovered a fenced-in kids pool at the hotel, it was a lot easier to watch the boys and they had a great time playing with other kids that showed up. We also ate at a delicious Italian place and overall had such a nice time that we decided to make another trip to Destin in the near future.
