Another wonderful part of today was when Kaden and Asa Jack came to visit and meet their new baby brother. It was strange to be away from the boys even though it was for such a short time! Both boys immediately wanted to climb up on the bed which was a challenge since I didn't want them climbing on the baby and I was pretty sore, but we made it work. Asa Jack's eyes grew wide when he saw Ari, but he was super sweet to him and tried to say his name. Kaden was full of smiles and so excited, he climbed up on the bed and said "Mommy, he's got fingers and toes!" (not really sure what he was expecting!).
Asa Jack has been signing "baby" lately but I don't think he realized what was coming!
