On Vacation!

Time for vacation...off we headed on a long drive for a fun week. We left our house and headed to Gainesville where we had a nice time catching up with old friends, unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. Then we traveled onward to Orlando where we stayed in a hotel with a really nice pool, a kitchen in our room, and a bathtub where the water came down from the ceiling. Kaden was so excited we were staying in a hotel and going to Disney World! We went to Magic Kingdom the first day and started by eating lunch at Tony's restaurant where Asa Jack took out some spaghetti. Then we split up so Kaden and Daddy could ride some big boy rides and I could discover that it was easier to walk around with Asa Jack in the stroller than to try to ride on anything. Kaden and Nate probably should've started with Thunder Mountain, but instead they went on Splash Mountain. Apparently it scared Kaden so much that he was shaking, and then he was done with roller coasters!

The flowers around the park were beautiful, there was color everywhere...

And these are from It's a Small World, the wait wasn't too long, but Asa Jack was done with the line pretty quickly! We made it on though, and he was fascinated. He kept pointing to everything. Then he'd sit there with his hands on his lap and look and watch and even dance a little.

After Small World, I was exhausted, and Asa was hungry again, so we found some grapes and then went on Pirates of the Caribbean since it had no wait. This time Asa Jack was a little scared since it was dark, he held on to me the whole time!

We met back up with Kaden and Nate and then went on Aladdin's carpets, Buzz Lightyear and Peter Pan...so much fun...lots of pictures from the rest of our trip to come!
