We went to the playground for a little while this afternoon. First though, we went by Zaxby’s and had a little picnic in the car by the playground where we watched people bring their Christmas trees to the drop-off spot. The boys had fun playing, I especially liked that this playground didn’t have sand. Right off the bat Kaden went down the the tunnel, you can see his cute little face peeking out…problem was that Asa got stuck in the tunnel (not the one that’s in the other picture)! Picture a U shape, with a long flat bottom that curves up on either end, easy to slid down, but not so easy to get out of unless you can climb up by putting your feet in the holes. So I was trying to get a cute picture of Kaden peeking out while watching Asa Jack knowing full well he was going to follow his brother. And sure enough, he couldn’t get out! So with Ari in the carrier, I wedged myself in at the entrance and reached down to Asa while Kaden tried to push him from behind! It took us a little while, but we got him out =) And he didn’t try it again!
The other fun part was the static hair when Asa came down the slide (one mom was laughing so hard when her little girl slid down with her long hair sticking straight up!)…and the fact that he has his “Boo” halloween shirt on even though it’s January, he picked it out!
