Kaden says...

So Nate was working the other night and I let Kaden sleep in our bed. He decided to tell me a story before he went to sleep (and yes, he had brought along a bouncy ball, a car, Mickey Mouse, a cup of water, and I think even one other thing). It was Sunday, and they had been learning about Joseph and his coat of many colors in children's church. He starts telling me about Joseph, and for the most part is making sense until he begins to talk about Joseph and how he got thrown into the whale. At this point, I thought he had mixed up Joseph and Jonah, but he was very convinced about Joseph in the whale. Finally we fell asleep. Well, the next day, he found his coloring sheets from church in the car and brought them inside to show me....and then it all made sense. See Joseph's brothers threw him into a well (or a cistern, or a pit depending on the version you read), and that's what Kaden was trying to say...Joseph in the well! (see Genesis 37) It's good to see he was learning!
