Nate had a board review conference in Orlando so we all went, and the boys and I spent time with the grandparents while Nate spent lots of time listening to lectures. To get to Orlando, we flew a direct flight from Pensacola on a little teeny-tiny airplane (there's a picture in another post). One seat on each side, I think a total of 16 or so passengers, no flight attendant, no lavatory, no drinks. Kaden held my hand across the aisle, so sweet, until he asked me if the plane was going to crash! And then when he heard something shift, or maybe the wheels come out, he asked me if the plane's batteries had died. But really he did great, he couldn't see out the window, so he kept asking if we were flying yet or if we had landed (he talked the entire flight!). And Asa Jack sat on Daddy's lap and did great too, it probably helped that the plane was so loud that no one could have heard the boys anyway, that and the large amount of food and treats I had brought seemed to work!
